For Drop-Off/Pick-Up Catering, we ask for 24 hours notice. However, please feel free to call us at (870)-565-8222 for last minute orders. We'll move heaven and earth to take care of you.
We recommend you book as far in advance as possible, to ensure your date is reserved on our calendar. However, feel free to call us for short notice events. If we have an opening, we are more than happy to work with you.
We do not require minimums. We are happy to cater to groups and all sizes for both our Drop-off and Pick-up options.
Yes. We currently offer delivery to venues and booked wedding events in our regional area. At this time, we do not offer delivery for our daily menu.
We currently offer the following:
- Self Service Buffet: Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays or boxed lunch options; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. You can either come to our trailer or have it delivered.
- Delivered & Dressed Buffet: We will drop off your buffet and set it up with disposable chafing dishes for easy warming. We also offer setup with our silver chafing dishes and serving of your buffet by our skilled staff to make things even easier.
We do not offer full service catering or plate service at this time.
For all self-service catering orders, we require at least a 12 hour notice. For all large event orders, we require 7 days, as we have scheduled staff and blocked off our catering calendar.

We can accept cash, Cash App, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We can also send payable invoices to your preferred email address.
Yes. We require a 20% deposit with full payment within 7 days of event for all weddings and large scale events. We also have a contract that can be esigned or signed in person that provides our customers with all the information regarding their event.
Absolutely not. We offer all of our catering specialties as a la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need.
